Bird’s Nest Yakitori is a lively slice of Japan located on the corner of Everton Plaza’s dining precinct Park Lane.

Customers can take a seat outside on the paved terrace, where there are two separate dining sections, on the bar-style seats in front of the kitchen or inside next to the bar and enjoy the warm hospitality and delicious food.

The menu is designed to share, starting with ‘nibbles’ like edamame, renkon chips and torikawa senbei (crispy chicken skin chips with mayo & lemon) and ‘signature sides’ such as Tori karaage (Bird’s Nest famous crispy chicken thigh with mild wasabi mayo) and pan fried pork gyoza.

On the drinks list, there’s a choice of Japanese beers, yuzu (fruit liquor), shochu (spirits), sake, Japanese and classic cocktails, Japanese whiskey, gin & vodka and a small list of wines.
