Development Updates

Construction has started on the NEW Everton Plaza & Parklane development. The centre will remain OPEN throughout construction, so please support your local shops.

Monday 6th August
The road between the front of the centre and the rear will be closed to vehicles from the 6th August and re-opening mid October. Parking is still available behind Coles, please access this via Sizer ST. Public pedestrian access is still available throughout this time.

 

Monday 3rd September
The old ‘Super discount variety’ building has now been demolished to make way for your NEW fresh food precinct. Don’t forget, all the other speciality stores including Coles are open and trading.

Friday 30th November

The back car park has re-opened! Don’t forget we’re celebrating Christmas at Everton Plaza. Spend $150 or more, in centre at any retailer(s) over a 7 day period and receive a gift with your purchases! Add your receipts and submit them via our website at www.evertonplaza.com.au/gwp to redeem 

 

Your local neighbourhood shopping centre is about to go through some exciting changes! Over the coming months we will be upgrading Everton Plaza and incorporating an exciting new laneway and dining precinct.
